I have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Are you a concise communicator? When it comes to communicating project updates, providing reports, or delegating tasks; are you confident in your ability to communicate with a wide range of people? Do you pride yourself on being punctual and having all your ducks in a row? Being a highly organized person can certainly come in handy in the virtual or in-person office. Talk about how your organizational skills help you to meet all the expectations the job requires. 

Example Answer: “One of my strengths is my effective organization skills. I am extremely confident in my ability to manage files, documents, and deadlines because of this.”

I am self-aware and always looking for ways to improve my skills.
