We’re looking for an experienced Digital Designer to join our inhouse creative team. In this role you will be responsible for creating and maintaining websites and online experiences in support of a range of marketing initiatives. You will also work closely with our digital team to ensure smooth site launches and updates.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills, be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and have a firm foundation in HTML, PHP, CSS, Java Script and other coding structures.

An online portfolio is required in order to be considered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work with other members of the marketing team and internal stakeholders to concept and communicate appropriate solutions to marketing problems.

  • Create visual imagery for websites in line with existing brand standards as part of a marketing campaign.

  • Build original site layouts and themes as well as maintain existing sites using different content management systems as well as raw code.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Media Design, or related discipline.

  • Three (3) years plus of related work experience.

  • Ability to develop the visual and technical aspects of a digital experience from wireframe to launch.

  • Fearless team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Clear communicator who can work within a variety of settings.

Technical Skills (Required)

  • Proficient in HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, WordPress (including theme development), and PHP.

  • Firm understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility issues, and mobile design.

  • A strong understanding of UX/UI design.

  • Experience creating responsive HTML email templates that reproduce faithfully in a variety of desktop and web email clients.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator.

Technical Skills (Plus)

  • Understand the importance of SEO.

  • Experience in other design disciplines including print and presentation design.
