Historic Agency is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing and Content Specialist to join their team in Gilbert, Arizona. 

Core Functions of the Marketing and Content Specialist:
  • Project Management including, but not limited to: 
    • Overseeing website projects and email campaigns as needed 
    • Copy writing and management for multiple social media channels for various clients 
    • Development of cross-channel campaign strategies such as: event marketing, lead generation, fundraising 
    • Copywriting and management of marketing automations and sales funnels
  • Additionally, you will work with the Marketing Lead and respective client to develop strategies including, but not limited to: email marketing, social media, SEP, SEM, PPC, Lead generation, and print advertising
  • The ability to learn and effectively use online project management and communication tools, such as: Basecamp, Asana, Slack, Teamwork, Harvest, etc.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Some working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop    
  • Understanding best-in-class strategies and ability to execute digital advertising for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and software
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp and/or Hubspot
  • Proficiency in Instapage and/or Unbounce
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and the ability to assist with ad management
  • Ability to develop a marketing campaign and effectively deliver the campaign to the client
Previous ministry or non-profit experience highly preferred.
