OODA Health is transforming the administrative experience in healthcare by enabling collaborative, real-time interactions between providers, members and payers.  With the OODA Health solution, claims adjudication will be instantaneous, and providers will be paid upon patient checkout.  Payers will assume responsibility for patient collections, guaranteeing immediate payment to the provider and relieving physicians from chasing patients for money.  Care management strategies will be based on real-time patient risk models, rather than retrospective claim reviews.  Critical interactions will occur at the point of care, rather than months after an encounter.

We are looking for a Technical Analyst / Project Coordinator to help build our healthcare products.  This role is located in Salt Lake City.
The facilitator that helps bring the business, product and engineering teams together. Ensuring proper communication is flowing smoothly; and captures / shapes the written documentation in a brief and easy to understand fashion.

Requirements

    • Skilled with UML analysis (usecase, sequence diagrams) and / or other system analysis methodologies
    • Team facilitation and arbitration skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Super eloquent and able to articulate with brevity the concepts
    • Deep technical and business know-how, and ability to quickly grasp new concepts at both ends

Responsibilities

    • Capturing business requirements and help shaping that with the product team
    • Translating business requirements into technical requirements
    • Writing acceptance criteria and Test Case/User Stories
    • Reverse engineering existing business processes and systems into business and technical documentation
    • Producing the primary detailed documentation that is signed off by the product and engineering teams
    • Collecting feedback and input and managing the backlog
    • Help producing epics / stories
    • Liaison between business and engineering (facilitator)
    • Facilitating sprint planning
    • Helps producing sprint change-logs
    • Owning the unified business / technical terminology (concepts) catalog.
    • Making sure that Engineers and Business / Product teams are aligned to the goals.

    • Team play: Help build and grow the team
