We’re based in San Francisco’s vibrant Potrero Hill neighborhood, with locations in downtown Austin, and Hyderabad, India.


This position will be located onsite at InsideView in San Francisco.


The Role:

You will manage an existing book of business, helping your customers benefit from the full value of their InsideView investment and working with them to meet their critical business objectives. You will use your strategic selling and relationship building skills to create impactful and lasting customer relationships that lead to increased opportunities for expansion and retention.


You will interact with external and internal stakeholders at multiple levels, calling upon your business acumen to understand and synthesize complex business problems in order to drive toward beneficial solutions.

  • You have a strong point-of-view and are adept at presenting, listening, synthesizing, and driving to desired outcomes

  • You are an excellent communicator and listener, comfortable with difficult conversations

  • You enjoy working in a collegial environment, and care about both individual and team success

  • You are a big picture thinker with the ability to execute short-term while thinking strategically about long term expansion opportunities

  • You take initiative, make courageous data-driven decisions, and drive toward results

Your Skills and Education:

  • Exceptional customer relationship management and sales acumen

  • Extraordinary verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Experience with challenger, solutions selling, sales effectiveness, and sales strategy

  • CRM proficiency

  • B.A. desired, although a great technology account management track record takes precedence over education


  • Account management role at a SaaS / Marketing Automation, or tech company

  • 5+ years selling into an existing customer base

  • Currently closing six and seven figure opportunities

  • Consistent achievement beyond your sales quota (President’s Club or similar)


  • Up to 25% of your time will be spent traveling domestically

You Will:

  • Manage customer relationships ensuring high use, satisfaction, and understanding of the value they receive from InsideView solutions

  • Identify and influence opportunities for growth using Challenger and solution selling techniques

  • Manage and nurture relationships at multiple levels: C-level, sales leaders and reps, marketing, operations

  • Increase User Adoption: Develop programs to increase usage and adoption of our solutions

  • Drive revenue and meet/exceed sales quota contributing to ACV revenue goals

  • Collaborate with internal sales and product partners to offer the best solutions for our customers

  • Maintain opportunity and customer details in Salesforce
