The Role:


We are looking for an expert in performance marketing.


The right candidate will be a data-driven marketer with strength in paid acquisition marketing, particularly in the Facebook and Google advertising platforms. You must be comfortable launching and optimizing campaigns at scale, effectively handling the day-to-day tactical execution across various channels to drive new customers, retain existing customers, and hit ROI goals. You should have an eye for optimizing and testing ad creative, and ideally, you will also have experience with customer re-engagement through push and email marketing. The role requires working very closely with the VP of Growth to set performance goals and execute across all channels.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:


  • Experience defining, analyzing and reporting on performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC, ARPU, ROAS, CAC & LTV)

  • Thorough understanding of attribution models, customer cohorts, and data analysis -SQL experience is a huge plus (or Chartio, Looker, Mode, Tableau experience)

  • SEO, OOH, video and lifecycle marketing (email and push) experience a plus

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product managers & developers

  • A creative mind that can derive insights, recommendations and action plans from performance numbers, market trends, customer behavior, and business data sets


You Will (Responsibilities):

  • Work with local city Marketing Managers to drive execution of campaigns that support each city’s growth initiatives in the US and internationally

  • Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimization tactics that consistently improve each digital channel’s ROI without losing sight of growth

  • Work with our data science team on all ad hoc analyses, which includes response tracking and campaign reporting

  • Oversee budget allocation, execution of authorized plans, and final reconciliation

  • You know how to manage multiple sources of information, stick to a budget, and work inside spreadsheets

  • Foster strong and productive relationships with all paid media agencies and technology partners

  • Guide creative direction around marketing ads (photo, video, copy) to optimize performance in campaigns while still keeping the overall brand image and brand style in mind

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive landing page/ad creative/product feed optimization to improve channel performance, onboard new partners, maintain accurate reporting

  • You excel at, and love working in, a fast-paced, always-changing environment

  • You believe strongly in the mission to impact global climate change through electric urban mobility solutions
