The Role:

 

As BlueVine’s Talent Acquisition Leader, you will serve as a subject matter expert on all things related to establishing a top talent hiring model.

The ideal candidate is a proven recruiter ready to take a proactive approach to sourcing top diverse talent and developing a top notch talent brand. If you have a strong desire to be part of a small, nimble team, in an exciting growth space, then BlueVine may be the right place for you.

 

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting on a progressive talent acquisition team

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves to support any and every part of the hiring process

  • Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations

  • Ability to execute a recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships against a timeline

  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree

 

You Will (Responsibilities):

  • Lead, manage and grow the Talent Acquisition team within the People Organization

  • Developing BlueVine’s talent acquisition strategy to achieve company goals in attracting and engaging top industry talent including influencing related internal policies

  • Lead full cycle recruitment for our most critical US roles including providing strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with hiring managers and senior leadership

  • Review existing hiring processes, identify and implement best practices and opportunities to inform and educate key stakeholders

  • Develop a hiring dashboard and other metrics to identify opportunities for smarter investments in the candidate-to-new hire journey

  • Identify and act on opportunities to create foundational hiring programs (i.e. diversity, veterans, university hiring).
