Learning Solutions, the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s central software development group focused on teaching, learning and research applications, is looking to add a personable and enthusiastic full time software developer to its My UW-Madison Academic Applications service. Be part of a team that develops web applications and deploys them through the My UW-Madison portal in support of teaching, learning and research activities on campus, such as undergraduate advising, curriculum management and online learning. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience with Java, relational databases and front-end implementation using UX/UI frameworks, as well as strong communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative, team environment. Experience with web services and Agile development methodologies are a plus.
