As Executive Advisor, Omnichannel Business Planning , you will focus on defining the digital roadmap for accelerating growth in Retail Front Store, overall retail Personalization and MinuteClinic businesses. You will work closely with Retail and Digital business partners to identify short-term and long-term opportunities, build business cases, help gain senior leadership support and track projects from concept to pilot implementation.

Lead business planning for Omnichannel and Minute Clinic digital projects by partnering with project leads and cross-functional teams to identify unmet customer needs, design actionable digital solutions, build business cases and ROI models, and prioritize investments decisions with senior leadership

Proactively identify new insights using customer research and market analyses to support the Digital Retail Front Store and MinuteClinic vision

Partner with the Digital Strategy & Business Development group to translate long-range direction into 1-2 year priorities

Be the central resource that will assist Digital teams with budget planning and interfacing with Finance

Partner closely with analytics team to establish relevant scorecards, metrics and measurements to support the broad digital front-store strategy

Track projects to measure value delivered vs. plan, and year-to-go forecasts so as to ensure projects are on
track and adjust expectations and forecasts as needed

Manage 1-2 analysts, with potential for additional over time

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 + years of experience in a strategic/business planning role.
  • A minimum of 10 + years of experience with analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and recommendations.
  • Strategic approach to problem resolution as well as the ability to develop and communicate a sound business
  • plan both written and orally, specifically high quality high output power point communication.
  • Strong ability to synthesize goals and vision into an actionable plan of attack.
  • Deep passion for Digital and how new offerings and capabilities can meaningfully drive engagement, empowerment, and the overall consumer experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to concisely and effectively convey your rationale and needed actions to engage diverse audiences and influence senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree.
  • Experience with IT/digital project management and/or product development (ideally with consumer-facing digital products).
  • Experience with financial reporting in the context of a large organization.
  • Management consulting experience.
  • Strategic approach to problem resolution as well as the ability to develop and communicate a sound business plan both written and orally, specifically high quality high output power point communication.
  • Strong ability to synthesize goals and vision into an actionable plan of attack.
