Project and Resource Management:
- Accountability for the successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects from discovery and design through delivery and completion
- Mentor and support iPMs
- Support Program Managers in the ongoing fine tuning of methodology and our training process

Experience:
- Bachelors degree in science or the arts
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in full life-cycle management of small to large scale interactive projects
- Proven ability to manage both creative and technical teams

(Washington, DC) Sunlight Foundation is a non-partisan 501(c)(3) non-profit based in Washington DC and working towards Congressional transparency by leveraging the power of the internet.

We are looking for experienced UI/UX Web Designers to work closely with the Creative Director and the Sunlight Labs development team in the creation of a variety of user-friendly web sites.

The candidate should be proficient in Photoshop as well as in the "hand coding" of HTML and CSS*. A dedication to pushing pixels in Photoshop as well as within code is a must. We launch several project per quarter, so speed and efficiency are valued, as is attention to detail.

An interest in Politics is not necessary, but please familiarize yourself with our work before applying.

Open to internship candidates for Fall '08 / Spring '09 semester, as well.
