Requirements:
3+ years experience in development
2+ years experience in web application development
Strong XHTML and CSS skills
Strong Javascript development skills with a keen eye toward client side performance.
Strong working knowledge developing cross platform/browser compatibility
Experience working with grid frameworks (Blueprint, YUI Grids)
Strong communication skills, with no problems expressing oneself in writing.
Experience working with common UI paradigms, but in the browser (Drag-and-Drop, mouse-over menus, tooltips).
Excellent problem solving skills.
Ability to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of prototype.js, scriptaculous, etc.
Experience working with microformats.
Experience working with Ruby on Rails.
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent.
