Social job site needs web designer with emphasis on User Experience

(Anywhere) Who : BizFavors, a social networking site where professionals get paid to introduce elite professionals - is looking for an experienced and passionate User Experience & User Interaction Designer that loves to design and develop industry-disrupting social applications and community-interaction products.
Process:
a. Using our draft version of the sitemap and our existing site, develop a simple and easy 'user interaction' theme to visualize the key concepts of our site.
b. Develop wireframes for our site and apply above theme to the wireframes.
c. Design web pages for the above wireframes.
d. Complete coding with CSS or similar.
If you have a better process, we are open to it.
Timeline: 4-6 weeks from start to completion
