Visual Designer / Production Designer

(Redwood Shores, CA) Looking for a Visual Designer who is passionate about customer experience, and who possesses self-motivation and drive to create solutions for a new industry.
You will brainstorm creative concepts with the product team, develop original design concepts, execute designs based on style guides, participate in visual design presentations, and develop design specs and comps for production.
You:
Impressive portfolio demonstrating excellent visual web design
Work at the speed of a startup - with attention to detail in layout, color, typography, and flow
Mastery of Photoshop (and CS3 suite) to create pixel-perfect mockups
Knowledge of design pitfalls with regard to browser issues
Semantic HTML/CSS skills a plus
Flash skills a plus
Excellent communication, organization and written skills
